Israel avoids arresting the icon of Palestinian terrorism

The wanted terrorist Fathi Hazem, the father of the terrorist who carried out the attack in Dizingoff street in Tel Aviv, was transferred from Jenin to Ramallah for medical treatment and returned there after two weeks without being arrested by the IDF forces.
Palestinian officials said that it was a deal between the PA and Israel after he assisted in returning the body of the Druze youth Tiran Feru , sources in Jenin deny.
