Corruption in the PA in the name of Jerusalem

PA Chairman Abu Mazen imposed a new tax on anyone who owns a cell phone device on the grounds that the funds from this tax are intended to strengthen Jerusalem.
The Palestinian street is outraged by the decision and accuses the PA of corruption and theft of funds in the name of Jerusalem.
