American Secretary of State Blinken failed in his efforts to achieve calm in the West Bank and East Jerusalem, PA Chairman Abu Mazen rejected the American security plan that was offered to him.
The PA Chairman continues to violate the Oslo Accords and refuses to fight against the armed terrorist groups in the northern West Bank.
