Ismail Ka’ani implements Qassem Soleimani’s strategy

The Iranian Quds Force increases its terrorist activities against Israel, it increases the smuggling of weapons to the West Bank, supports the armed terrorist groups, coordinates the firing of rockets at Israel and plans attacks on Israeli targets abroad and in the Mediterranean.
General Ismail Qa’ani who heads this force is trying to implement Israel’s strangulation strategy devised by his commander Qassem Soleimani and is subject to Israeli and American surveillance.
