The IDF operation in the Jenin refugee camp has dealt a significant blow to the Palestinian Authority (PA) and its chairman, Mahmoud Abbas, further eroding their position on the Palestinian street.
The Islamic Jihad, an Iranian-backed group, is gaining strength among Palestinians and has plans to establish armed outposts in other parts of Judea and Samaria.
