Green Light for Targeted Assassinations of Overseas Leaders of Terrorist Organizations

The Defense Cabinet has granted authorization to Prime Minister Netanyahu and Defense Minister Galant to initiate a series of measures aimed at enhancing Israel’s deterrence and quelling the surge of terrorism. High-ranking security officials predict that Israel will resume targeted assassinations of Hamas and Islamic Jihad leaders abroad, leaving minimal evidence behind.
