Hamas is pushing for an intifada in Judea and Samaria and is calming down in Gaza

Hamas movement is now focusing on Judea and Samaria and is working to establish terrorist cells and encouraging the residents to embark on an armed intifada against Israel.
It is a strategic decision stemming from a desire to allow the Gaza Strip to rest from the rounds of fighting against Israel and out of fear of losing the movement’s civilian achievements.
