The International Court of Justice in The Hague may discuss the murder of Nizar Banat

The family of human rights activist Nizar Banat, who was murdered by PA security personnel, appealed to the International Criminal Court demanding an investigation into the circumstances of its son’s death and the punishment of those responsible.
The appeal to the court comes after the PA tries to delay the trial of the accused in the murder, the Banat family accuses the chairman of the PA of being responsible for the murder.
